Call for case studies

The Council for Disabled Children has been commissioned by the Department of Health and Social Care to develop e-learning modules on Children’s Continuing Care.

This e-training is being designed for everyone involved in the Children and Young People’s Continuing Care pathway.

To illustrate some of the key steps of the children continuing care, as well as the significant variation in practice across the country, some case studies are needed which provide examples of effective practice.
